Dr. Podolin has been providing pain management services in the Annapolis area since 1988. He obtained his behavioral medicine training at the East Orange Veterans Administration Medical Center. He obtained his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and did his post-doctoral residency in Lexington, Virginia. In addition to his affiliation with Advanced Pain Management Specialists, Dr. Podolin is the Director of the Behavioral Medicine Center of Annapolis. He specializes in cognitive/behavioral approaches to pain management including: biofeedback training, cognitive restructuring and self-hypnosis. Dr. Podolin also provides general mental health services including for: anxiety and depression. In his spare time he enjoys competitive tennis, biking, kayaking and photography.
